NFL Week 7:
Sunday’s Best Bets + Tight End Day Parlay

The Lunch Break crew is back with three Sunday Best Bets for NFL Week 7, plus a National Tight End Day longshot parlay paying +6375.

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft catches a pass over the middle during an NFL game.

The Lunch Break Is Back for Week 7

The Lunch Break is back with Bobby Stanley Jr., known as Prop Holliday, and Cleveland Cam, and the guys are ready to attack a loaded Sunday slate. Injuries are piling up across the league, and Cam says handicapping has been “a nightmare” this season. Even so, the pair found three plays they like, and a fun longshot for National Tight End Day. Best Bet 1: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Cleveland Cam’s official play of the week is the Ravens at home. He makes this game essentially a pick’em even with quarterback Tyler Huntley under center, and he isn’t reading much into last week’s loss to Cleveland. The Browns’ offense still struggles, but their defense is top five, and Cam says the Bengals’ defense is “not the Browns defense.” Huntley had some good moments the week before, grading out as a positive player, and Baltimore is desperate to avoid dropping a second straight divisional game.

There’s upside, too. Cam bet this at -104 after he saw Lamar Jackson back on the practice field, and he thinks the Ravens will try to get their star in this game. Bob agrees that “if Lamar plays, I think they’re hands down the better team.”

Best Bet 2: Denver Broncos at Arizona Cardinals

Bob’s favorite spot each week is a non-divisional road favorite between 2.5 and 4.5 points, and that’s Denver this week. His play is WR Jaylen Waddle Over 50.5 receiving yards, a buy-low spot he calls a breakout game. Arizona ranks bottom three in EPA allowed per dropback, and Denver’s passing game should finally get room after an early schedule full of tough opponents like Jacksonville, the Rams and Seattle.

Cam is on the same page. He’s selling high on Arizona and buying QB Bo Nix this week. He has Broncos -4.5 as a lean and likes Denver as his survivor pick.

Best Bet 3: Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

Matchup Details

Date: Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026

Time: 4:25 p.m. ET

Venue: Ford Field

Location: Detroit, Michigan

TV: FOX

This is the NFC game of the week, and Bob is targeting the tight end on National Tight End Day. His play is Packers TE Tucker Kraft longest reception Over 18.5 yards. The numbers back it up, per Nate Tyson’s 301 Podcast. Detroit ranks last in EPA allowed to tight ends and slot targets. It also allows the second-most net yards per game on in-rhythm dropbacks. QB Jordan Love has been pushing the ball past the sticks, which is exactly where the Lions have struggled. Bob says Kraft might spend some snaps chipping Detroit’s pass rush, but eventually he’ll “break one over the middle of the field.”

Cam leans Lions -3 coming out of the bye. He expects Detroit to lean on its run game against a Green Bay defense that struggles to stop it, with Jahmyr Gibbs leading the way.

Parlay Play: The National Tight End Day Longshot

To celebrate National Tight End Day, Bob built a four-leg anytime touchdown parlay from two of Sunday’s featured games. From Packers-Lions, he has Tucker Kraft and Sam LaPorta. From Broncos-Cardinals, he has Trey McBride and Evan Engram. It pays +6375 at bet365, and Bob says DraftKings has it as high as +7800.

“If you have bonus bets, these are the places to use them,” Bob said. Cam agreed that with good bankroll management, it’s worth taking a fun shot now and then. Bob cashed one last season: an $80 parlay on three underdogs that paid $1,400 in the final week.
